Hospital Ownership------ TOTAL HospitalCare, utilizing a two phase recruiting agreement, in phase one establishes for the hospital client a hospital owned and controlled program, including physician recruitment, quality programs and comprehensive initial program management, and, in phase two, consults with the hospital to provide continuing oversite, management services and recruiting as needed.

Hourly Fixed rate---- TOTAL HospitalCare enters into a multiyear contract with the hospital to furnish a full staffing and management program excluding billing and collections.

Fee For Service---- TOTAL HospitalCare enters into a multiyear contract with the hospital to furnish a full staffing and management program including billing, collections and accounts receivable management.
